Information you give us. When you contact us by WhatsApp, email or telephone, we receive whatever you choose to send - typically your name, contact number or email address, the location of your property and details of the work you need. We do not operate contact forms on this website.
Information collected automatically. If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects anonymised usage data such as the pages you view, how long you spend on them, your approximate location (city level), device type and browser. This does not identify you personally. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set.
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, prepare and discuss a quote, arrange and carry out an on-site consultation or installation, and keep records of work done. Analytics data is used solely to understand which pages are useful so we can improve the website.
Under POPIA we rely on your consent (which you give by contacting us or accepting cookies), on the performance of a contract where you engage us for work, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving our business.
